What the levels mean
L0 is a newcomer, L1 a beginner, L2 an independent practitioner, L3 a project builder, L4 a systems builder, and L5 an independent creator using AI to advance complete work. The numbering is inspired by autonomous driving, while the skills framework is defined by this platform.
Learning and certification
Learning records document practice, introductory assessments recommend a starting point, and interviews reveal supported skills and missing evidence. Formal certification requires independent review and cannot be guaranteed by payment or one automated score.
Pilot assessment
L1–L3 application development assessment uses project material, verification, and independent tasks or discussion. The initial standard is marked pilot. L4–L5 will open when higher-level standards and expert review are ready.
Courses and paid services
Initial learning material is openly available. Mentoring, human feedback, and paid packages require defined delivery and payment configuration before opening. The site does not display fake payment success or guarantee certification.
