How does independent assessment work?

  1. Read the level, track, and permitted-tool rules and prepare a real project.
  2. Submit work and verification records for independent review.
  3. Reviewers verify the work and arrange a new change task or project discussion.
  4. A report is based on explicit evidence; passing produces a unique certificate.
Initial project assessment uses a pilot standard shown on certificates. Review timing needs confirmation. L4–L5 currently provide learning expectations; formal review is not open.
